I ordered my husbands anniversary gift from Zale%26#039;s and have been getting nothing but the run around from them, I ordered on the 13th or 14th. They sent an e-mail saying the item was delivered with my daughters item but it wasn%26#039;t so after 15 e-mails with no response I find a number to call and the lady says she has no idea what happened but she will look into it which could be two weeks. So I tell her to cancel the order and give me my money back so I can go buy him a gift and she says she can%26#039;t do that but she will put in the request. Then after waiting I call back again and talk to somebody and they tell me no I cannot cancel my order but they did find out that it was never sent and has not even reached their plant yet so I still can%26#039;t get it. I tell them my anniversary is Sunday I need the ring or the money. Sorry we can%26#039;t authorize that but my manager will be here Monday if you want to call back. So I have been trying to get my money or the ring since the 18th with no luck.
I ordered online from Zales and cannot get a single person that has the authority to help me. What now?

I know how frustrating this can be. Hopefully I have provided the correct Zales info. I am assuming it was a jewel store online.
