What's a good housewarming gift for a bachelor?

I thought about a plant for his really sunny front porch, but don%26#039;t want to pressure him with keeping it alive. is there a good hearty plant out there? or maybe scrap that and get him a nice nitelight for the bathroom? (that%26#039;s my standby housewarming trinket). Any other ideas would be appreciated -- budget is no more than $25. Thanks!

What%26#039;s a good housewarming gift for a bachelor?
Cactus is good. Or a bottle of something (ex Vodka).

When you move into a new place you usually have no food or things need to be done to make the place comfy so a giftcard to the grocery store or to Home Depot is always good to help get things going.
Reply:I second the beer thought. Maybe a 6 pack of beer %26amp; a set of beer glasses.
Reply:Forget the plants, just get him beer it would go to better use a is always appreciated.
Reply:for 25 ucan get him a case of his fave brewskis, dudes always find that more useful than practical stuff--cuz the only %26quot;practical gifts%26quot; guys like r xpensive electronic gadgets n games.
Reply:A coffee pot and some good coffee, maybe a countertop container for the grounds/beans. A step beyond would be a travel coffee mug so he thinks about you on his way to work. . .
Reply:A Music System. He will surely enjoy it.
Reply:A small wine rack, like one to put on his kitchen bar, to keep bottles of wine in.
Reply:well i think u should arrange a spouse for the bachelor and he ll be warmed

A great idea for a personal and unique gift is a handmade painting made from a photo that you send.

The prices are reasonable and the outcome is amazing.
Reply:How about a BACHELORETTE for the evening or weekend?
Reply:gosh, i would LOVE to recommend a plant like a nice succulant but you haven%26#039;t told us what sort of climate this man lives in so i would hate to suggest someting that would die.

The NIGHTLIGHT sounds like a great idea for those midnight trips to the toilet, lol. It will be easier for him to find the lightswitch but then he also has the option of not using it at all!

Yippee
Reply:Make the plant a cactus.
Reply:K-Mart has a nice set of glasses for $12.00 I just saw them the other day, or maybe a set of pot%26#039;s and pans you can get a cheap set for under $25.00.
Reply:Cookbook.
Reply:Get him a bottle of wine or a sixpack, and a gift certificate to Bed, Bath and Beyond; Linens and Things, or Home Depot.

Offer to shop with him if he needs help.
Reply:Better yet, make it a fake plant.
