What do you think of this for a gift for a fellow co-worker?

I've posted this question twice and received either no answers or one which was "an apple" so I'm posting for a 3rd time!

My husband and I want to give his team teachers (he co-teaches) and two administrators a little something for the holidays. I didn't want to do baked goods and made some of them necklaces last year (I make jewelry) but wanted to do something different this year. I thought I would make them terrariums (mini ones) they could keep on their desk. Just a little jar, a terrarium plant, and a little decoration in it. Do you think this is a good idea? My husband is a biology and chemistry teacher also so this would go with his discipline. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I know I would love something like that. It is a great idea!
Reply:Sounds like a great idea.Plus u know teachers are always in need of paper clips, staples, pencils, and so on. You could always bye small organizers for those such things.Somewhere for them to put their red stars in..I'm sure whatever u get them they will appreciate it because it comes from your heart.Good luck
Reply:Sounds like a very thoughtful gift.
Reply:When in doubt I get a coffee mug and add some nice coffee, teas or hot chocolate mixes. Its something they can use and it is appreciated by everyone. (some people can sure use new one's in the office they start looking a little yucky by the end of the year, chipped, dented, stained).
Reply:Sounds good.
