Reply:well she will always need paper towels,wash rags,dishsoap,liquid hand soap,a extra tooth brush,dish towels, spatula, skillet,measuring cup,etc............
Reply:something for the kitchen?

bottle opener or a cork-screw.
Reply:always get something for the kitchen that she can use. like a electric can opener(12.00) or pizza pan (19.99) or a table cloth (19.99) or set of glasses (19.99). Don't give her toilet paper - that's kind of embarrashing. You can also give her a nice platter (19.00 at Macys) or a b-b-que accessories (19.00). If your plant is just 5.00 - you are way too cheap. It should be at least 80.00 plant for the house.- but what if she is allergic to plants???? A bottle of wine is ok - what kind is it? If it's 5.00 worth - don't bring it - it will just embarrash you when you go there and you find other's have more expensive wine than yours. Kitchen stuff is very safe because nobody knows how much your gift will be.
Reply:Scented candles
Reply:When I was first getting started, I would have loved it if someone had given me a shower curtain. Homemade soaps are also nice.
Reply:an electric fire....i find they are good at warming houses

Why not buy a duvet set from our website.

Reply:If I were giving a house warming party, I'd want a gift certificate to a local home decor place so that I can pick out what I want/need for my new home.
Reply:Tin of polish with dusters.

Scented plug in air fresheners.

Bottle opener for the wine.

Picture frame with a picture of you in it.
